Need a Recipe? Google View It
February 24th, 2011- Say that on a Saturday evening you decide to make dinner. You only have 45 minutes, and have zucchini and eggplant you want to use up. Oh, and you don’t want the dish to be more than 800 calories a serving. What to do? Use Google Recipe View. We oversaw our distributions this week of video and radio releases on the introduction of Recipe View. Starting Wednesday afternoon with the first alert and pitching, and continuing through Thursday afternoon satellite feeds and MVR release and a final video satellite release early this morning, we got the word out to stations and appropriate Internet sites about the launch of Recipe View. One of the unique features of Recipe View is that users can search for recipes by a specific ingredient, by the amount of time it takes to prepare the dish, or by the total number of calories per serving.
